I don’t think one of our new managers is best for the job. But maybe it’s he/she simply doesn’t know how to be a real person and be a manager. And actually learn the job! Or even that what’s not broken doesn’t needs fixing. And that watching someone work, like starring is very uncomfortable! And leads to another form of harassment! Or smelling like alcohol and serval witnesses is maybe why he/she stare’s and treating certain Race/cultures with no respect or dignity Which is not appropriate!!!! But it’s a lot of favoritism to different people here as well in other managers! But when that’s all cleared up, and understanding that who and which employees have turned the company around and the difference between then and now it all will work out!
