They took over us at dhl solihul jlr contracts and we were all signed over to ceva. Here is my verdict after the 1st few months of them in control. Management,, full of promise, full of good intention - but its all a con. Big speeches of future improvements and development, having us taking part in projects to improve buisness needs and reviewing old processes. Just to be ignored, never be paid correctly, reward and recognition honours never upheld and a continuous set of lies and cons given as reasons for poor management changes. Having to book your own bank holidays the week after they took place. Dhl wasn't great, but Ceva are a nightmare. There like a landlord that dont care if your roofs caving in and wouldn't pay for it to get fixed anyway. If you can avoid, do so!
