Some good colleagues, well known brand and internal growth opportunities.

Cons

In recent times at the Erskine Park site, management has been operating more like a dictatorship than a workplace. Bias, favoritism, and even racial discrimination are evident, with decisions driven by personal motives rather than the business interests. This toxic culture undermines morale and integrity.

Warehouse Associates are AWESOME! Eager to learn & always offering a helping hand but their horribly under paid & over worked.

Cons

Management is an absolute embarrassment. They are disorganized, do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Which is often. Constantly gathering in the backroom watching porn & Netflix. Stealing company time cracking jokes, talking down about coworkers & making bets on who gets fired next. The environment is TOXIC!!!
