CF has a very appreciative attitude towards their employees. They provide great benefits. 4 on/4 off scheduling.

Cons

Very repetitive work. 12 hour shifts on feet can be brutal. Not much room for advancement beyond being a technician.

The industry is changing - the workforce, the way business is done. etc is all changing. Management is slow to accept that change and to change with it. Hard work is not always recognized and rewarded. Would like to see more advancement of employees versus hiring from outside
