      Pros

      I absolutely loved working with Mel (Mielli Levian). She was always super friendly, professional, and available anytime I had a question or concern. Even though I no longer work for CFS I know that it I ever needed anything her and Katie (Ferguson) would always assist me.

      Great people and supportive leadership. Team culture within our office and across our 30 US locations. ESOP--We all have a stake in our success as an employee owner! Partnering with clients to assist building their team. Meeting with job seekers to help them improve their lives. Transparency in everyone's earnings and uncapped commission potential!

      how quickly I got put on with the job

      Cons

      just as how quickly I was put on the job, was how quickly they removed me. Literally told me 2 days that I would be out of a job and it was right before christmas. No one tried reaching out or anything
