Cgb is a home away from home and the people I work under sincerely care about their employees

Long hours must be worked during harvest and you are always tied to your phone and email. Never really off work.

Great benefits, good pay, good people. I'm new to the company due to my old company being bought out. So far, everything seems to be incorporated well.

Cons

Everything seems to be a little too safety oriented. they impose blanket information over folks for whom it does not apply. You are kept out of the loop concerning the information about the future.
