      Pros

      I'd say the only pro is the remote work opportunity. In my experience, managers have been great to work with, but their hands are typically tied due to company politics and out of touch upper management.

      Cons

      - ridiculously underpaid to the point of disrespect to employees, especially given education requirements - while there are career pathing opportunities, there is absolutely no room for growth and do not expect an increase in pay - upper management is severely out of touch with employees - there exists a prominent culture of fear - starkly evident favoritism
