Employees are smart and sociable. They have good personalities and will not blink an eye to help you.

Cons

An underpaid HR specialist left the payroll on the printer overnight. The following morning it was mixed up with my documents. I was shocked to see everyone's salaries, especially the CEOs. The staff is underpaid, while the CEO makes 8k a week, 16K a month, or 192K a year. I quit a few weeks later and never looked back.
