      Pros

      Co-workers and teams are great and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The new CEO so far has not been a good leader and worse than the previous CEO. The new CEO is micro-managing all departments and has unrealistic expectations, all while hiring his friends in high level positions. Something must change for the betterment of the company and the vision of the company. He is a new CEO and is acting like he never had a management or leadership position before.

      Only here for the excellent health care benefits.

      Cons

      Wish I could leave zero stars. The most amateurish group I’ve ever encountered. New CEO, but all the same underlings just got reshuffled, and people that left were brought back rather than upgrading or starting fresh. Petty middle school behaviors. A fine example of institutional inbreeding. All the problems you read on earlier posts from others are still true.
