Salaries are above the average. Good training and support. Some events are organized. Good healthcare insurance. Possibility to obtain free CGI actions every years (3% of the salary) Transportations expenses are refunded. Possibility to evolve to the management

Cons

It's tough to go to an other business unit when you are already affected to a business unit. Salary increase are very little : 2% when you meet the objectives.
