      Pretty flexible in terms of working remotely (some teams more than others), nice gym, social club, flexible work schedule (core hours).

      Poor career development, hard to progress with professional development (especially when not in the Fairfax office), lack of training opportunities.

      Sink or swim environment. If you are able to swim, you will get various tasks to build you skillset and set yourself up for growth.
