Pros
Work-life balance is good, although recent RTO mandates are getting in the way of that. I like my coworkers a lot.
Cons
There's such a thing as "too comfortable". Advancement is rare. Even when directly given "awards" for performance, these awards are meaningless and not reflected in pay. Management won't even consider pay negotiations. Training feels half-baked. It's a place that it's easy to wind up feeling 'trapped' in.
