Career growth depends on project working on Low hike follows market benchmark Even if u r talented but u do not have much work in your project you get paid very less. Cabs are horrible.

1) Not very good work quality and projects 2) If you are joining mumbai office, dont expect much growth and salary hike . 3) Please give due consideration and appriciation to talent.
