Pros
It depends on the project and your superior ,if you get wrong one then it's torture .
Cons
I never felt any Gender Discrimination in any of the company I worked with in my entire career but CGI done better job in doing so ,May be it depends on the line manager you are working with ,but most of the time women were treated very badly [Don't know why they have hired if they think women are worth less] .I honestly never recommend such unhealthy environment to any one ..
