Pros

Hybrid work ,Flexibility & Autonomy

Cons

There is a lot of micromanagement, limited work-life balance on some projects, and quite a bit of office politics. Too much oversight, not enough work-life balance in parts of the team, and a political environment. At times, managers won’t approve some certificates or courses, saying they aren’t project-related, limiting development opportunities It feels heavily micromanaged, with uneven work-life balance and noticeable internal politics.
