Pros

You have a chance to network as a lot of people are leaving and the onsite cafeteria is wonderful.

Cons

Low pay, no bonuses, high insurance, literally pennies for annual raises, micromanagement AKA Fairy P.,no refresher training classes, low morale, culture is bad, and incompent people are getting chances for advancement because of who they are hence people who are cool but have tattoes everywhere.

You get paid that's about it They really don't like giving raises they play like they will but find ways that hinder you from getting a raise.

Managers and supervisors care only about keeping their jobs not the people who make them look good.
