      Pros

      Solid company with decent benefits and adequate work life balance. Plenty of opportunity and good people.

      Cons

      Mediocre leadership and lacking clear strategy and direction. Management feels unnecessarily burdensome. Not a proactive company right now. Waining quality and attention to detail.

Although we have a number of programs designed to help create opportunities for growth and development, we do need to ensure that employees and managers know what those are and how to best utilize them.
