At CHA we pride ourselves on our exceptional talent and the work they produce for our clients. I'm happy to learn that you experienced that while at CHA. I'm sorry to learn you also experienced some challenges while with CHA. However I'm a bit confused by your comments. At CHA the majority of our employees have the ability to work remotely or to work a hybrid schedule. There are very few positions within CHA that require an employee to work full time in office or on site every day. At CHA over 70% of our employees work a hybrid schedule. At CHA we pay our employees above industry average salaries, so again, I'm confused by your comment and I'm sorry this was your impression. Ultimately, it appears you did not have an experience at CHA that is consistent with what most of us experience. I'm sorry we were not able to connect on and work through some of your concerns before you decided to leave. Of course I wish you all the luck in the future.

I am sorry to learn your experience at CHA was not ideal. I agree that we must focus on hiring the most talented staff to produce the highest quality work; and that we need enough of that talent to make sure we can sustain the exceptional quality of work our clients are accustomed to. At CHA we are growing quickly, and we are working hard every day to ensure our employees are having a positive, supportive experience. In 2022 we conducted an employee engagement exercise and from what we have learned, we've implemented several changes as a result of what we learned; including offering our employees hybrid PPO plan as part of our comprehensive health benefits offerings for 2023.
