Although we have a number of programs designed to help create opportunities for growth and development, we do need to ensure that employees and managers know what those are and how to best utilize them.       Your time in letting us know about your experience at CHA is greatly appreciated. I agree that we have some outstanding people! We work hard to ensure our total compensation package is competitive with peer firms in our industry, but also know that from year to year, bonuses amounts will vary based on company, team, and individual performance. Understanding expectations is important – we encourage you to talk to your supervisor or HR Business Partner about our compensation programs to ensure there is clarity about what you envision relative to the design of our programs.

      Pros

      - Independence. When given tasks I feel like I have a lot of freedom in the way I accomplish them. Not a lot of micro-managing. - Meaningful work.

      Cons

      - Can be long hours to meet deadlines requested. Although, this is expected across the industry. - Weird management structure.
