Thank you for your feedback and I am happy to hear you like our paid time off program and your colleagues. We work to encourage an environment where our employees feel comfortable bringing concerns and needs to their managers - happy to see that is benefiting you. CHA is very much on a significant growth trajectory. Expanding means growing our business both internally as well as acquiring new businesses and expanding our markets and geographies. Growth benefits everyone, including you and your colleagues. I understand that it may be difficult to see that in the immediate, but give it some time and you to will reap the benefits of CHA's growth. Our growth has benefited your colleagues through promotions or new and different work all together; some have been able to relocate to area of the country they prefer more. There is so much to offer when a business is healthy and growing. As for turnover, all businesses - no matter what industry, are experiencing higher than normal turnover right now. Like it or not, the pandemic has impacted every industry and every sector of our economy - in fact it's impacted every person in some significant way. CHA has always enjoyed turnover lower that the industry average and that still holds true today, despite navigating a global pandemic. I believe that is because we have an excellent culture that rewards people who give it their all, and provides our employees the opportunity to work on exciting projects with experts in the industry.
