      CHA does have lots of opportunities and so many great locations to work from. I agree, our growth can be overwhelming at times, and I can see how some may feel left behind. But its that growth that drives tremendous opportunity. It’s a balance for sure, and admittedly, it’s not for everyone. I’m sorry to see you go and wish you the best of luck.

      I agree!! CHA is a great place to work!! For certain groups, given the nature of their work, the ability to work from home can be tricky. Be sure to have conversations with your manager about it; maybe there is more room to flex if you ask. Most employees at CHA work hybrid schedules; three days in the office, two days home. Perhaps a conversation with your manager will give you better clarity on your schedule and open possibilities for more work from home days. Sometimes you just have to have the conversation.
