You are correct, we are focused on growth. Growing our business benefits everyone; growth = opportunity. Unfortunately, there are sometimes with groups experience a dip in work. However, our portfolio is sizeable, allowing us to support our teams when the work slows down for a bit. I’m sorry you feel we are not in touch. CHA invests in our employees in large and small ways every day. Our people are our success, so that investment is critical and something we take very seriously. I'm happy to see you appreciated and hopefully benefited from our strong compensation philosophy, structured environment, and the diverse markets we serve. While we do not have an annual bonus at the individual contributor level, we do have a robust and well-funded Rewards and Recognition program where our employees can be rewarded for their hard work and contributions. Managing for a company growing as quickly as CHA certainly has its challenges. At CHA we've created leadership development programs to ensure all our leaders have the tools and resources necessary to be the best leader they can be. The time, energy, and resources we put into our programs is not only for our leaders but to ensure our people have an exceptional experience. I'm sorry that was not your experience.
