catered lunches, yearly bonus for all employees, good benefits

Cons

Administration does not listen to provider feedback on making clinical decisions that impact our schedules and patient care. Top heavy in administration staff who are completely out of touch with clinical staff. Great mission but poor execution in the mission.

Great mission. Dedicated clinic staff.

Cons

Terrible communication from senior leadership. Illogical decision making with a lack of respect for input from stakeholders. Slow to make change in certain respects along with rapid, poorly planned changes at other times. Providers drop like flies due to unrealistic productivity expectations. Lack of standard work processes across all clinics.
