Lack of clear communication Lack of autonomy Lack of decent and qualified administration Does not live by its mission statement or core values. Administrators really do not listen to the front line workers Burn out is real and administrators appear to not care about their employees.

Cons

Leadership and Management have minimal experience or education. Their decisions reflect how disconnected they are from the providers and the need to deliver safe patient care. Disrespectful to providers.
