Great benefit package, unbeatable PTO, flexible work schedules available.

Cons

Hard work doesn’t seem to be as recognized or appreciated as having the right personality or knowing the right people. No merit based wage increases, you can work twice as hard and make the same as someone who does the bare minimum or is unreliable. Nepotism.
