Pros

Most staff are very friendly, health conscious and compassionate for the most part.

Cons

Work trickles down to the lowest techs and whenever anyone leaves, All the lowest techs get bombarded by work projects with little catchup to what the progress was and are expected to meet the same deadline without support from management. Hands off to a detriment. Lots of times had to contact management and it's a coin toss if they're going to be helpful/understanding or not despite providing evidence of best efforts.
