Great benefits/ compensation. Abilities to work in many fields such as urgent care, OB/GYN, family practice, etc.

Cons

Depending on what clinic you are at, management can be tricky. Some bosses like you to speak up and others want you to stay quiet and not share any suggestions or thoughts. Again, depending on the clinic, there can also be a lot of drama and cliques. Employees can be pretty shady but if you’re ok with that, this is the place for you.

Company is dedicated to their employees and paid well for the Spokane area. They offer an excellent PTO package. The poor reviews I have read usually go hand in hand with a disgruntled employee not happy because of their own personal issues. CHAS is an outstanding company with a lot of longevity employees and committed to to our patients in the Clinic settings and Administration . I recommend CHAS to anyone, love my job.

Cons

There is none! Great leadership that truly cares about you and the their teams. Beautiful new building and warm feeling when present and the opportunity To work remote.
