Cons

Toxic and inappropriate work environment, especially from upper management. No work life balance. Huge focus on “outside of work hours team development.”

Cons

New leadership CFO/ CEO within the last 12-18 months has taken what once was a top employer and changed the culture of the company. Employees no longer are proud to work for CHEP, with the CFO announcing AI will replace current employees within 2 years and outsourcing many positions to offshore locations such as Mexico and India. Long term growth will be affected by these decisions, quality of products will be subpar. Relationships with customers and vendors will be hard to maintain. Longevity is no longer an option working for CHEP.
