Good salary/benefits. Opportunity to move within the company. Encourages employees to be good citizens in the community.

Cons

No work/life balance. It is talked about as a priority, however the workload does not allow it. Long hours are expected. There is a trend of expecting more work to be done by fewer employees. Too many executives and not enough workers.

work and personal life can be balanced very well, good exposure, can avail leaves, can learn new things, Competitive package

Cons

limited growth opportunities, not a process oriented company, everything people managed, decision making slow, wrong people posted in many posts, work pressure created due to inefficiency of many people in other departments and company wont take risk to fire them. All departments are interrelated and it becomes very tough to complete the work, because of inefficient people in loop. Lots of mess in many department, because of incapable persons.

Cons

If you don't have a degree you don't have much upward mobility. It's a great place to work and to learn. The challenge is getting stuck in one role.
