Enormous knowledge could be attained in short period of time Fair work life balance for staff with kids Opportunity to shine due to low number of employees-but you have to constantly mention what you do.

Pay and benefits are good. They allow individuals do move into all areas of the company so if you have a desire to try something new you can

Diversity is non existent....While President is a woman she has never done anything for other women and actually appears to prevent opportunities. Her ego is driven by being the only woman in the room. The executive team has an 8% diversity (one asian male). At the director level it may be 15%. And at this point diversity is only male/female. Numbers are significantly lower for race.

None. Employees are not a priority for management. They only focus on money.

Cons

Management messed up my pay so I was shorted hundreds of dollars. No holidays of except Christmas and thanksgiving. Overtime not optional must work in poor conditions
