Great flexibility when it comes to being able to work from home. You are able to make good connections with your customer base and you get to learn the supply chain for many manufacturing locations

Cons

company makes it very difficult to move around since there are back room deals going on and in most cases a primary candidate is identified for internal positions

work life balance, generally happy, people are nice, less politics, boss trust you and allow you to take your time and make progress. lots of project opportunities. market leader, less pressure.

Cons

company performance too good, some of the process is not good enough and managers are reluctant to change the status quo. industry very specific, hard to move to other companies.
