      Pros

      Great people, varied and challenging work. No two days are the same. Good opportunities to work independently as well as in teams, and plenty of opportunities to progress if you are prepared to work for them.

      Cons

      Communication can be lacking at times. Work can come in fits and starts so that sometimes you can be rushed off your feet, and other times have little to do. Sometimes feels like you are being asked to take too much responsibility for the salary level you are paid.
