      Strong Safety Culture. Good work life balance. The company is constantly growing. The company provides lots of training and opportunities to advance. Compensation and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Somewhat top heavy at the corporate level. Corporate bureaucracy can slow decision making down. Top down decision making structure creates some disconnects in how the business is viewed and how it actually runs.
