Talented group of Senior Management team. Recognize performance when tenured leader is engaged and many new opportunities for up and coming management personnel.

Cons

Succumbing to the "go with the flow" and"yes" people, interferes with the innovation mentality, that made the company very successful. Becoming more of a corporate machine than the flexible solution finders that gave CHEP an edge.
