      Pros

      Fast passed work environment with many Type A's , which is good if you like getting things done and don't like fluff work politics. You will be challenged and given opportunity to shine, at the same time Sr National Account Manger and Directors are worked hard and the first to be fired when business isn't growing. Customers are considered "king" and get the attention and customer attention needed to grow the business.

      Cons

      This company is focused on Pallet business and not 100% open to New Projects. New product projects have a typical life of 2yrs and team a majority of the members are fired if the project isn't over the top successful.

      Great work life balance. Compensation for work is good. PTO policy is nice, as well as other benefits.

      Cons

      Advancement is limited for field personnel unless they want to relocate.

      Pros

      Product and service really do provide value to the supply chain. Work with companies at the start and the end of the business that puts all consumer products on the shelf.

      Cons

      Too much time spent filling out reports and responding or preparing to respond to fire drills instead of staying on a strategic path. Process was preached but not always followed.
