Depending on what team/specialty you're assigned to, you can truly have a genuine work family that's got your back, on and off the desk. Benefits are pretty good.

Depending on what team/specialty you're assigned to, you may need to wear a turtleneck all the time, because it can be cut-throat If you don't drink the Kool-Aid, they will make it difficult for you to enjoy your days in the office Quantity over quality in KPIs

Work from home, great benefits, flexible with family work life balance

Cons

Micro managed, accounts are given to reps who have been there for a long time making it very difficult to start from scratch. Leaders play favorites, rules change to match their narrative of what they want to have happen.

CHG is a very large company that goes out it's way to make every person who works here feels appriciated and part of the team. CHG is in constant contact with all of its business and its employees, making sure things are running smoothly. You can speak and get real results from senior leadership if needed. I would recommend this company to any and all of my friends.

Cons

As stated before, if you live closer to the main office, you may have a better experience, but working remotely is a luxury.
