Prior to working at CHG the longest I had been at a job in my professional life was about 3 years. I just completed my 14th year. I worked in sales my first three and a half years. The reason I'm still here after all these years is that the company actually cares about its employees and their wellness. CHG stuck with me through health emergencies, Covid business erosion and celebrated successes with me. It's the culture. The company does an annual employee survey. Unlike most companies that do this as a means to check a box, CHG listens to and responds to concerns and suggestions. I've personally had one of my suggestions related to 401k match listened to and acted on. Many employees have had similar experiences from adding more mothers rooms to getting pebble ice machines. This company listens to and cares about it's employees

Cons

I feel that compensation is fair and competitive. Since inflation has been swelling that compensation is harder and harder to provide for my family. They did take proactive action at the beginning of inflation to give a raise across the board to all employees which is greatly appreciated, but it hasn't kept pace with rising grocery, gas and other life expense.

Great company culture and benefits, organization does truly live out their people first core value which makes you feel good

Cons

The market is oversaturated, not necessarily CHG's fault but it does create a very difficult internal competitive culture
