Pros

Benefits are amazing, you can look all around and cannot find a competitor. Core values are amazing. Pay is good.

Cons

Benefits, if you live close to one of the offices, the benefits are even better because they have in house clinics. Some of the leaders in the other branches need to have more training in empathy. Also, there needs to be more emphasis on the remote teams if you are going to keep hiring and working remotely.
