      Pros

      Culture is better than most other companies. Growth opportunities if you are good at what you do. Most people are nice and competent.

      Cons

      Pay is average to low. Good benefits for new parents but not for retirement.

      Pros

      Growth and company values are really important at CHG and within their many divisions. I would say the company is also very transparent. Pros will also include the amount you can make here.

      Cons

      It's a grind!!! But that is sales. If you are not up to that, sales may not be for you.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a place where they live their values, but CHG is one. They walk the walk and talk the talk. The people are great. I have grown so much over my career at this company. I look forward to working every day and we have incredible benefits and compensation. I love this place.
