There are way too many. If you are considering working here you should get a better idea on how they pay out their "commissions" . (1%) The entire "amazing culture" is a way to put blinders on the sales reps. There is no better kool-aid on the planet. The nitty gritty is that you spend your first 8 weeks in core training and away from your team where you are "taught" how to make calls and spend countless hours jumping from class to class. When you finally get to your "team" you are required to COLD CALL 250 clients a week and there are no exceptions. Even if you spent 3-10 hours on the phone with clients and selling business, you failed and can be written up. There are many teams with some managers who just let you learn and others that snitch on you for going to the bathroom or taking a 15 min break to play in the arcade or basketball. The turn over here is ridiculous and less than 50% make it their first year. They have huge training classes every 2 weeks and I feel bad for them since they have no idea whats in store. Long story short... Avoid this place even if they seem like google and amazing. They dropped from #16 on the top places to work all the way down to #69. Also the kitchen is over priced and awful. The cooks all have facial hair and you will find hair in your food. lol
