Leaders advocate to your goals and aspirations within the organization. CHG is a corporation that celebrates their people and all employees who are passionately engaged will be rewarded with success, money, and awesome President’s Club!

Cons

The growing sales requirement for less pay year/year, but I have also profited more year to year.

Pros

Putting people first is out motto! We are encouraged to recognize our peers for the things they do at work and in their personal lives. We are given the flexibility to balance our work life and home and family. I don't dread Monday mornings, coming back to work to see my teammates is almost as much fun as Friday afternoon, leaving to be with family. We work hard and we play hard. We are expected to PLAY in the game room. Quite possibly the best place I have had the pleasure to work.

Cons

Getting paid twice a month took a little getting used to but once I got the hang of managing my cash flow it works Okay.
