      Pros

      They provide a very stable working environment. They have an on-site health clinic that is free to employees. Their insurance and benefits are pretty decent.

      Cons

      CHG used to make a big deal out of maintaining it's core value of "Putting People First". That has changed very much in the past year. Now it's all about getting overworked and not appreciated for the efforts that you do. Nobody is watching out for individuals except themselves. There is blame going all around and the trust has gone completely out the window.

      Pros

      They truly do listen to our suggestions on improving the workplace! They raised the 401k match and added a parental return period for mothers returning back to work where they can choose to work their way back up to full time for 4 weeks after 12 weeks off. They are raising the base salary by 1,000 each year until reaching $45,000, and raised commission tier percentages by listening to a group of employees from each department who volunteered to be the voice of the company in this matter. We work hard, but play hard too! They treat their employees so well, and in return, I want to work hard for them to show my appreciation. Did I mention that President's Club is in Maui for 2018?!
