      Pros

      It's an excellent company to work for. Unfortunately, my Divison RnNetwork has officially closed its doors. I did enjoy my long tenure with the company.

      Cons

      Division RnNetwork was the breeding ground for favoritism in growth and development. The leveling field regarding promotions was unfair, and people got promoted faster in other divisions than in our division.

      Sometimes with having such high expectations to be a great place to work, there can be a level of cheesiness or over excitement when at the end of the day it really is just a job
