      Pros

      CHG allows me to develop my career to its fullest. The people that I work with are among the best I have ever worked with. The culture makes coming to work exciting and engaging every day.

      Cons

      The pace of our growth is a challenge to keep up with. Because of the rapid growth I think we are missing on a few opportunities.

      Pros

      So much opportunity for growth. Very positive and professional environment. I love the chance to contribute to the success of all the new people coming in to the company.

      Cons

      Though not a con for me, the expectations are very high both with production and culturally. Everyone works very hard to keep the culture fair and people-centered.
