      Pros

      The culture at CHG has held true in the values that they believe in. They really take into consideration each employees feedback each year to see how they can improve across the different divisions and with benefits. The opportunity to work remote has been a game changer in my work life balance.

      A company to grow with

      Pros

      During my 12 years with this company I have certainly grown as a person. I've had many wonderful experiences, and memories that will always be with me. The culture was such that it makes you continue to want to be a part of it. And it's a company that contributes in making it possible to be able to take care of your family. I have nothing but gratitude for the time I have been here and the love for the people that have become friends. I hope to continue on as long as they will have me.

      Cons

      Because of our industry, there have been many ups and downs. Ebbs and floes. I've been able to survive the lay offs and I've said to many goodbyes. Especially through covid. It was hard to let our office atmosphere go. We were a tight family. But as all things change, the company changed and some, so much for the good and others, we have managed.

      Twelve years! What a milestone. It's always a pleasure to receive reviews from our tenured employees. The pandemic was unlike anything we've ever experienced as a company, but we made it through together and are doing better than ever thanks to all our dedicated employees. And now, we know our culture can remain strong with hybrid schedules and fully remote positions, which many of our employees are very excited about. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
