- The people who work for CHG are awesome! - Fun events (when you can attend) - I have been with the company for a long time and the PTO is nice.

Cons

- AI push! It's annoying! If you have a brain, you know what that means. - Dishonesty about the job description. Ask lots of questions. - Management makes all the rules without knowing the role.

Leadership changes and the leaders they hire who don't have locum experience is the downfall of the company.

its nice to work at a company that has a good mission

Cons

bad culture, so many managers that don't help you. It's very rare to hit quota. The only way to make money here is to have 10+ years under your belt. Very "dog eat dog"
