This company never stops trying to improve the employee experience, work-life balance, opportunities for advancement, and learning new things. They consistently are transparent in their decisions and asking for employee feedback.

Cons

Seems to always be something changing but I believe that is consistent with other organizations this size.

Pros

CHG is a great place to work that values individuals and their contributions to the company. They value work-life balance and really get people to use their PTO. They also offer Volunteer Time Off so you can volunteer in the community without having to use PTO. The benefits are pretty good. And the culture is great. They value flexibility in your role offering many completely remote jobs with options to work in office whenever you'd like. The facilities onsite are amazing with an onsite kitchen, free health clinic, and gym. I have been lucky enough to have one of the best leaders I've ever had in my professional career.

Cons

No HSA is a big one, and the new health insurance plan has been less than stellar.
