      Not just summer program, can stay on through graduation. Get to pick departments you want to work in. Opportunity to get shift differentials but it’s not the same rate was Nurses

      Pros

      Overall it was a good time working here. As long you do your work and stay focused you can succeed. Company overall is great, they have a great environment for employees and a lot of company events.

      Cons

      Management is not the best. They can do better at helping the employees succeed.
