      Pros

      Christus gives out bonuses usually twice yearly which is really nice. They clinics offer reasonable hours.

      Cons

      Expectations and favoritism. PTO is not paid out if you quit or get terminated. So, if you have earned but unused PTO, it's forfeited. The PTO policy changed around 2023, I believe. New hires don't get as much time.
