      Flexible schedule, OK benefits, nice offices

      Cons

      Favoritism: certain employees get away with outrageous behavior. Senior Leadership preaches Mission/ Core Values/ Ethics, but seldom act accordingly. I watched as the company lost a good chunk of employees when they moved their corporate offices to Irving, TX. Senior Leadership really didn't care how long you'd worked there, how well you performed, or how many lives they disrupted. You are replaceable.

      Company has changed for the worse - PFS Associate

      Nice building Parking garage Executive staff is nice Some departments are ok, not PFS though

      Cons

      Major racial issues in PFS department, only african americans can be promoted. Hard work is only reworded with more work. Supervisors and low level management takes no responsibility for problems. They are a non profit organization that is Catholic based but do not practice basic morals within the company. Favoritism runs rampant, nobody has basic manners or respect for others. Attendance policy states you can only miss two days per year and they do not except doctors notes. Raises are only 20 to 30 cents a year.
